A unique recipe, made exclusively in our facilities. Apsaki is a hard cheese with a white-yellow colour, produced from sheep and goats’ milk. The milk has a strong presence in this cheese. It has a piquant flavour and aroma with an intense, long-lasting aftertaste. It is ideal for cooking as it adds saltiness and balance to each recipe.
